3. As you begin to relax, your body will start tickling. You are getting reaction from your body and mind. Just let it happen. When you are breathing intensely, you’ll begin to feel calmer and more relaxed. Keep concentrating on your breathing. If you need to count your breathing from one to ten and then repeat this step.
If you find your concentration floating away from your breathing, just bring your concentration back. It will happen occasionally at the start. Keep being positive, it will improve fast. As you develop more focus power, you will find it easier to concentrate.

4. After 15 minutes open your eyes and stay in your position for a a little time. Stand up and stretch a little and try to hang on to the feeling for as long as possible to keep enjoying the relaxed feeling as long as possible.
