My physician let me know that this happens from time to time and it is nothing that I should be concerned about. I listened to my friends and family and stuck with it. The diet and exercise eventually began to work again. My self image was back up again because I didn’t give up.

Over the course of the next eight months, I lost a total of one hundred and eighty five pounds. It has been very difficult, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Losing the weight has allowed me to do things I haven’ done since I was a teenager. I am well respected at my gym for what I have accomplished. I have a new outlook on the future and I look forward to looking at myself in the mirror every day. I don’t want to return to the way I was, but just dropping the pounds is not the thing I am most proud of. The greatest benefit is the improvement of my own self image. I could not get that for any amount of money.
