Learning another language other than a person’s mother tongue helps enhance a person’s memory capabilities and thinking skills. Unfortunately, many people give up too early by the minute they go through Lesson One of their Italian books or Audio materials. Corporate executives excel at running businesses. However, business executives are confronted with the problem of organization change. It can be difficult to accept that change is unavoidable. When the tried and true is functional, why change it? The economic crisis threatening major corporations tells us why. Today, organizations will suffer for an inability to change. What is the reason that attempts to change don’t succeed?

This can be broken down into three reasons. The first reason was stated above; running the business is more urgent and it gets the lion’s share of attention. Ignoring present concerns can mean client loss and profit reduction.

Businesses hand out awards for sales, but rarely for change.
